Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cognitive Games (the “Service”), operated by Euclideum Solutions Private Limited (“Euclideum Solutions Private Limited”, “we”, “us”), with its registered office in India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Cognitive Games provides cognitive practice games. Every trial is procedurally generated and evaluated by our servers. The Service is for personal practice; it is not an employer's assessment and does not report to anyone but you.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Passes and payment

  • The free tier is provided at no charge. Full access is sold as a day pass: a one-time payment for a fixed number of days, processed by our payment provider, Razorpay.
  • Prices are stated in Indian Rupees unless indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added or included as shown at checkout.
  • Passes do not renew. When a pass ends your account returns to the free tier and nothing is deleted. See our Refunds Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to extract answer keys, automate sessions, or manipulate leaderboards;
  • share, sell or transfer accounts or passes;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use the Service in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its games, generation algorithms, software and content, is owned by Euclideum Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Your practice data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate, score and report on it.

6. Scores

Scores are computed by deterministic algorithms from your own answers. They are practice measures for you, not certificates, and we make no claim about how any employer will score you.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euclideum Solutions Private Limited’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.
